Age Condition

To create an account and use the services at ckvip, you must be at least 21 years of age. You are required to confirm your correct age at the time of registration. We may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

If it is found that a member opened an account while under the age of 21, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in their area. Any liability arising from using the platform in violation of local law rests entirely with the user.

Single Identity

Each individual may hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. ckvip is not liable for any loss resulting from your account being used by a third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, we may initiate a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. Members may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other verifiable documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Accepted Payment Methods

ckvip currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and various other commercial banks). No other methods are currently accepted.

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may be delayed if a KYC verification is pending or if unusual activity is detected.

Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the support team approves otherwise under special circumstances.

Welcome Bonus

ckvip offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

There may be a specific time limit to meet the wagering requirements. If the requirements are not met within that time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is prohibited — if detected, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is prohibited.
• ckvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are not convertible to cash, but bonus winnings are withdrawable.
• VIP members receive various cashback benefits ranging from Bronze to Platinum.

Fair Play Guarantee

All games at ckvip are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is neutral and not predetermined. Game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other reputable providers — use independently tested software.

Technical Issues

ckvip is not liable for any bets lost due to network disconnection, server errors, or other technical issues during gameplay. In such situations, the game session may be restored — results will be determined according to the last valid record.

Sports Betting Guidelines

In the sports betting section, bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and various other sports. Bet outcomes are confirmed according to official sources. In the case of disputed results, ckvip's decision is final.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete — bets will be settled according to the relevant rules, or the stake may be refunded.

• Using hacking, bots, scripts, or automation software to access the platform.

• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other members.

Closure by ckvip

ckvip reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.

At the time of account closure, the member has the right to receive their valid balance (excluding bonuses), though this may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.

Closure by Member

Any member may close their account at any time by submitting a request to our support team. All pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

ckvip accepts no liability for the following:

• Disruption to gameplay due to internet outages, power cuts, or other technical issues.
• Errors or bugs in third-party game software.
• Issues with the member's own device or network.
• Account information being disclosed to a third party due to the member's own negligence.
• Services being discontinued or restricted due to legal changes.

ckvip's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

ckvip reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
